Alright, here's my story

Let's get to the bottom of this. Maybe you can relate a bit. 

My Story

I didn’t create CreativeFit because I always had discipline, confidence, or direction.
 

It actually started from the opposite.

 

Growing up—and even well into adulthood, I struggled with ADHD, low focus, and low self-esteem.  

 

I had ideas but no structure. Goals, but no routine. The potential was there, but I couldn’t access it.

​

I was underweight for years. Well into my early 20s.

​

We're talking 5'9 120 lbs underweight...

​

Clearly, I had no sense of what to do in the gym or in the kitchen. 

​

No sense of where I was going with life.

​​​

I felt hopeless for a long time. Stuck in my head. ​

Everything changed in 2018, when I committed to strength training.

What started as a physical outlet slowly became the foundation for every major success in my life.

 

The gym forced me to build structure… which built discipline… which built clarity.

​

I got as bright-eyed as my picture above.

 

With this newfound clarity... came creativity.

 

As my body got stronger, something I never expected happened:

 

My focus improved tenfold, and I discovered an outlet. I became a writer, a better thinker, and a more focused creator.

​​

No one taught me how to do that.

 

No training, no coaching, no schooling... I coated my mind with a different kind of sauce.

​

The discipline I developed in the gym helped me write screenplays that went on to win awards and place in film festivals.

 

Reminding me that I wasn’t “disorganized” or “unfocused.”

​

Nah....

​

I just needed a system that aligned my body with my mind.

​

That’s where CreativeFit was born!!

 

Now, my mission is simple:

​

To help YOU tap into your potential, build the lean body you've always dreamed of, followed by strengthening your mind!

​

Whether you’re a beginner in the weight room, an entrepreneur, a student, a writer yourself, an alien, I don't care...


I’m here to help you build the discipline physically so you can unlock the clarity mentally.
